How to Start Dating Again After Rejections, Deceptions or Betrayal

If you have had a number of deceptions, you were rejected many times, or you were betrayed by a special person, you don't know how to continue living. How can you start dating again?

You don't really know what you want.

You may even prefer loneliness, avoiding contact with anyone. However, you need someone and their absence is painful.
